Have you been  tested for h pylori? I wonder if your battling some type of  bad bacteria thats creating harmful metabolites---ammonia etc..? Could be coupled with some yeast overgrowth?

Stomach erosion sounds like h pylori? Pylori can interefere with acid production because of the ammonia it produces.

Carb free diet didnt help.....maybe excess ammonia production/bad metabolites from bad bacteria?

Just throwing a few things out there. I would get tested for h pylori/ bad bacteria.

How long on antibiotics? Might have some yeast overgrowth if on antibiotics too long.  Antibiotics can cause a world of problems.

I'm not a doctor but just tossing a few ideas around.
