I have heard that Selenium and maybe Zinc are useful to stop replication also dont know how true that is.

Also as for Garlic is powerful. I think 7 gloves 3 times a day is overkill though. That's too much. Instead try 4 in the morning 4 at night. Simple.

But for XMRV incase that is my issue, ive been going with Strong Immune Multi-vitamins with Selenium and Zinc.
