I haven't had this happen to me in quite a while, but I was for a while getting these really crazy hot "flashes" on the back of my head and sometimes on my face and sometimes on my back. I would whirl around thinking I was near a stove or something and there wouldn't be anything behind me. I thought I might be losing my mind :(
