Just for comparison, my TSH a couple of weeks after removal was 1.71. A year later when most of my symptoms had resolved, it was 2.49. At least for me, I think Mirena did something to my thyroid.

My vitamin D level is at 43 with 2000 supplementation daily. It was around 30 before I started to supplement. I think the optimal level is around 50.
