Hi all!
Im new to fasting and only wanted to do a 10 day Water Fast but I had my glucose blood Sugar tested and nurse said it is 55 and she was concerned and that I could go into a diabetic coma if it gets to 50. I feel great fasting, the discipline and being able to fast - mentally I know I can do it. But should I resort to juice fasting? Who else has had these low levels. I really dont want to quit but she scared me so I bought one fresh young coconut, shelled it and drank that water. Sucks but any insight is helpful. Should I continue?...only a few more days
Ps this is my first water fast, I am healthy weight is currently 136 im 5,5
