your blood pressure is quite low, but this isn't necessarily a problem unless there any SUDDEN CHANGES, either from low to high or high to low, so keep a watchful eye on it.

Sleep for most is severely reduced while fasting so quite normal. Try counting sheep. (humour!!)

Constipation in the large colon is not unusual in that the bowels mostly shut down during a fast. Post fast diet should rectify matters.

White spots on the fingernails are in many cases caused by a previous injury to the nail bed, and compared with bruises on the skin. It CAN be a zinc deficiency, but if you have been taking a zinc angstrom supplement for the last 6 months then this is hardly likely to be the cause if it hasn't cleared over such a time-frame.
