you cant take to many herbs but you can take too much of any single herb


as soon as i get the money i plan on taking over 1000 different herbs a year if you seen how many i take now you would know its not dangerous


just dont over do this or that herb be sure to cycle threw most stuff take this herb then stop for a few days or week/s

be careful of herbs that contain caffene like yerba matte and coffee green tea, that way you dont over do this or that
