Since you also mention depression, muscle problems and blurred vision, I wonder if there might be a heavy metal component to your problems. These are all symptoms of long term low level mercury exposure from silver-mercury fillings, tuna, etc.

If you also have a constipation problem I wonder if you need more magnesium--more on this if requested.
