Thanks for sharing your great results! From your description, it sounds like using a neti pot would be helpful also. I haven't tried it myself, but my son has respiratory issues and says the neti pot makes a big difference.

Pull on! I know I'll never stop, myself. Just wish I'd started a lot sooner (like when I was a kid)!
