Yes, it sounds like you almost definitely have adrenal fatigue.

Your blurry vision may be caused by HYPOGLYCEMIA... so it is very important to get your blood Sugar under control and balanced with diet.

Dr Lam's site and book have good info on AF diet.

The FIRST thing I would suggest is to order Dr. Lam's book -

It is a goldmine of great information on healing. I would get this ASAP.

The book ("21st century Fatigue Syndrome") recommended by Feo66 is also recommended, but not quite as up-to-date as Dr. Lam's in my opinion.

I am somewhat skeptical of Dr. Larry Wilson... based on what I have read on his website. He seems to have strong, dogmatic opinions about things that go beyond practical or scientific (politics, medical marijuana, religion) - and he also has some good information and points too. I have not tried his NB program myself... but find Dr. Lam to be 100% practical and EVERYTHING he has said, recommended or written about has helped me... so I trust him.
