Hi! Thanks for your kind words and support :) I agree with the trip to Egypt thing. In my case, I don't want to travel, I just want to do some home improvement and serious landscaping. A new refrigerator, car... Goodness, with 4 kids, it costs enough to keep everyone going anyway.

He didn't say anything about my nails and hair loss. I did bring them up specifically, but he just didn't know what to say. He said that if I wanted to throw enough money into it, he could recommend more tests and specialists to see so I could track my remaining symptoms down. So, I guess I'm still on my own, using superglue in a few places to keep my nails from falling apart completely - ha!
