Does anyone have a difficult time getting out of bed in the morning? People are supposed to feel refreshed after a night's sleep, but I never do. Adrenal gland or thyroid problems could be causing this. I think a hormone doctor or naturopathic doctor are the best doctors to test for thyroid or adrenal gland problems since most doctors just follow the normal lab ranges, but usually do not bother to tell a patient they are borderline this or that. You can still have symptoms if you are borderline.
