Chiron, thanks for bringing this up to my attention. And for the link.

I had not realize that I could EFT for many other things, not only for pain or depression. As we know, fear is other negative feeling. There are many negative feelings, and EFT can be useful for all of them. I will have this present every day of my fast. I am willing to use of the help I can get.
