Healing2021: I do know that loosing that much weight will not be beneficial for my immune system / body. It's not like I'm doing it on purpose. :) Also, I don't get depressed from my EC on purpose, which definitly plays a huge role in me dropping more weight. There are people that are more prone to getting depressed (or personality disorders in general; my family is a good example). That's why I'm taking antidepressants, to get my mood up, which will hopefully lead to me not being depressed (obviously :)) and me gaining weight again.

I've even started drinking liquid food (about 300cal. per drink of 200ml (approx. 1 glas)) to go with my diet, to gain or at least not loose any more weight.
