Yes. It's definitely hereditary. All my sisters have adrenal fatigue. My mom did. My nephews and nieces do...uncles, aunts.

Of course none of them knew they had adrenal fatigue.

I had it the worst since drove myself so hard exercising (triathalons, tennis, racquetball..you name it) And the p 0 r n addiction helped to burn me out faster than anyone else in my family.

I've slowly been convincing everyone their problems are from chronic stress and adrenal fatigue....which is itself exhausting :)
