at least 60% fo the people I work with are either ready to die because they are so fat and have new knees,hips shoulders ect.. and half are younger than 50. 99% are on medication and most have diabetes, you can tell how unhealthy a person is by the way they look and act, grumpy,pissed off at the world because of there health and or because they were stupid with money and I live in a healthier area of america. Their kids all play video and get stoned so the future kids will have even more obese kids. I feel great at 51 and still run,hike and laugh alot which pisses off people even more because I have learned to live life with proper diet and exercise for the last 30 yrs.I try to tell people about herbs and book 1 but I just get a long stare with them shaking there heads so I will just watch the die off.
