I've eat pretty much less since nearly 3-4 weeks and my diet is essentialy composed by fruits, seasonal fruits and plenty of water of course.

I've lost weight, significantly, eliminated my little excess.

I want to go further and I was also seeking stuff for detoxication, principally medicinal herbs like radish, dandelion, birch, etc.

I went to a kind of a health food shop and I found a solution of all these compounds required, 17 medicinal herbs in my product, concentrated, so it will make the work easier.

It is a detoxification which lasts 20 days with balanced and light diet that I'm already doing!
