Thank you, very interesting. I don't know if other types of Psoriasis can be 100% diagnosed, but in this case the paper says "we proposed a diagnosis of Psoriasis involving only the lips", so it does seem more like a guess, if other types of can be 100% diagnosed (by biopsy or whatever). I mailed it to my derm and will see what she thinks.

But it does seem like people can get a lot better by "chemical crap" (even though it might not heal them). I'm still going to try the leave it alone approach for another few weeks, or 1-2 months, but somehow I have the feeling that it might just be exactly that... Psoriasis of the lips.

You said that there are many people that got a lot better or even cured by ointments/creams/... Do you have a few examples? The forum is quite huge.
