You need to calm down, I think...

If doctors have no idea what EC is or how they can treat it, what do you want them to do?! There are so few cases of this condition that they couldn't do any clinical trials and stuff like that. It's just not possible. So WHAT do you want them to do other then trying things out?! Their choices are limited. They are doctors, no gods or whatever..
