My doctor recommended Biotics Research Corporation's Iodizyme-HP for my hypothyroidism (see link below).

I've been taking two tablets per day (totaling 25mg) for a little over 3 months. I do not think that I have experienced any detox reactions. In addition, my fibrocystic breast condition does not seem to be improving. I almost think the breast pain is getting worse?

Do you think I need to gradually up my dose to 50mg or switch to a different brand? Or both?
