Thank you for your responses. I do not have any fillings myself, but my parents have some Amalgam fillings, and my mom has mild mercury poisoning, so do you think I have traces of amalgum/mercury from being born to her? I have not had any caffeine since December 2011. I will eat healthier, exercise more, and get on a better sleep schedule. I'll also check out the link. Thank you.
