Hi!

Have you recently had mercury (amalgam) fillings to repair a cavity. Mercury can cause AF.
You need to rest when tired, do not over push yourself. Try to get to bed early, sleep will help you heal. Do not turn to caffeine that will make you in worse shape. You need to get into eating healthy if you are not doing so. You can go to Dr Larry Wilson web site to read up what to eat. No soda.
