i have just finished day 1 of water fasting. One thing that is bothering me is some constipation. I went into the fast with this and thought I might have a BM by now to relieve. I am wondering if it is wise to do an enema. The constipation is bothersome a kind of sharp pain at the bottom of the colon and can cause radiated pain towards the heart area. Is it okay to do this or will it be too depleting etc?
