If this is Psoriasis for some people, a book states that getting rid of stress in your life is the best treatment to clear it up. I will not be able to do that until I move away from some people. I wonder if certain toxic people in your life can trigger this since I got it right when a toxic person came along and this toxic person is still around! A Psoriasis cookbook has helped many overcome this condition, but it might take 6 months on the diet to get rid of it. One patient was cured while she ate hospital food during a hospital stay, but it came right back when she ate pizza to celebrate her healing after she was released.
