Hello everyone. Ever since I started going through puberty, I have had horrible neurological and physical symptoms. Before puberty, I was completely fine. My symptoms include HORRIBLE brain fog/derealization, fatigue, muscle weakness, visual snow, eyes going out of focus, difficulty concentrating, horrible memory, and occasional pins and needles in hands/feet, bad decision making, lack of motivation, and I don't find things fun anymore. Do you think I have adrenal fatigue? Maybe adrenal fatigue coupled with a thyroid problem? Does self-gratification cause my symptoms or cause adrenal fatigue? I would very much appreciate your opinion, I need to get better and get my life back.
