Well done and congratulations Anfisa: even day 1 can be a major hurdle for many.
Ketosis will set in within the next 48 hours, and you will most likely have the grumblings of a tummy that wants its accustomed stimulus!!! but AFTER day 3 it does become easier in dealing with food. Ketosis actually suppresses any appetite when it is in full swing.
Just keep going and going, and you will never look back.
Report any and all symptoms for reassurance and advice; there are many here who will do that including myself.
