Hair loss has been a sad issue for me. I've used Bosley/Nioxin hair products to help slow the loss, and these work as long as I keep using them. I've been weaning off the shampoos a bit lately, and my hair loss increased but then slowed down again. Maybe it's leveling off at last. I don't feel like I'm losing as much now, but I don't feel like I'm growing/replacing any either. I'm using the hair products in hope that it will buy me some time (help me keep some of my hair) until my hormones start behaving themselves.

Godismyrefuge, any particular hair,nails,skin supp you would recommend? I haven't tried that yet.
