So after having to postpone my start date, I have finally got everything out of the way and begun today. I have not eaten since last night. I ate all raw for the last few days as build up from a clean vegan diet over the last three months.

My starting weight is 9 stones which is 126 pounds i believe. My BP was 90/60 last night and 89/58 this morning.

I was getting most concerned by my blood Sugar issues but so far I feel actually better than i would if I had eaten something in the morning.
