Oh, Chris, you had to live, of course, to help others! I believe you received help, many years ago, cause God knew you would not be selfish about it and would share all you learned with others.

I will start my fast tomorrow, Tuesday, July 10th. I will post here frequently and will take advantage of your offer to advise me. I promise to share as much as possible for you to be able to do so. And also to get feedback from other long term members like Chiron and NH.

I will not decide on a particular number of days. I will play it by ear, as a I go, will need to learn the process by doing it.

I assure you that I have nice personality trait: PATIENCE. I have been depressed and ignorant about Water Fasting and natural health; but patience, that I have. I do understand that results of a life time of neglect can not be reversed fast. This will take commitment, determination, patience and TIME.

I feel that, in a way, I owe it not only to myself but to the ones I love, and to others. It is certainly a sin not to take proper care of ourselves> I assume responsibility for my condition, always had, only that now, I decided to change, for good.
