Thanks for that info - I think much of what we eat is so poor quality nutrition wise these days that we are over stressed and under fed, which can only lead to illness.

I've always been a big advocate of organic food, although I do like chocolate ( which is an acidifying Sugar hit ) but working hard to pull that back and get rid of it.

Your info is very useful and hopefully youve shared it around.
