"Meditate, pray to the Holy Father, it works, I can vouch for that my friend."

The "Holy Father" is everywhere and in everything, in every body - including inside you and I.  Prayer is not a one way street.  Carry on a conversation with Your God and your answers will be in your own voice.  If they are in any other voice, it is not you Holy Father.
