Excellent posts all around thanks everyone.

I would just make a simple point in this situation anfisa which has probably been said but I missed it.

The ease of the fast will be in direct proportion to the quality of the preparation.

NH documented his last fast and that is certainly a goo place to start. Personally speaking I would suggest doing a full cycle of flushing and then go into NH´s fruit regime.

Most importantly a fast done well can produce a remarkable turnaround in your conditions. My cardiologists tells me to keep doing what I am doing these days. Fasting got me there.
