Thanks for your encouragement Linda! You said you were where I am a few weeks ago, are you noticing some improvements recently? I asked my Doc about the exercising and he had no problem at all with it. He tested my adrenals and said they were really good. I did see that ATP Cofactors is something he didn't put me on. Is this a big part of the supplementation? I will buy some if you all say it works!Maybe that's the piece of the puzzle I'm missing. I'm just baffled as to how I can get through this without just giving up altogether! Thanks so much for any helpful imput to you all. I'm exhausted trying to figure this out, Sheesh! :o):o(
