Gee you sound like me a few weeks ago, stay connected to this group and as i was about to hang up the towel, till i found this forum ,cant advise you as i am learning so much and I would wonder if the stuff you are doing excerise wise trying to swet is all that good for your adrenals , I will tell you for me I am in luck that i am alone and can go threw these different changes and i can feel your stress with family effecting you , so i imagin your Dr. is building you slowly , if you go threw some of the threads and read it is very helpful ,especially ginagirl who is away right now and Trapper,,good luck to you and hang in there,
