Hi, I've done the flush 4x.

3 times I had lots of stones.

The 4th I passed no stones. The only thing I changed was I didn't drink apple juice several days leading up the flush. I also ate a regular breakfast and lunch which included fats which is against protocol.

It was more of an experiment to see if I would produce stones on the regular diet and I didn't.

So for my 5th flush, I'm going to drink apple juice all week and eat a no fat breakfast and lunch.

I have yet to see improvements in my health but I'm trying to stay positive that changes will come.

I've read lots of testimonials on curezone so I hope I can be one of them.
