Totally agree! It's so helpful if people post in detail about what they're trying/experimenting with. Two (of many) great things about natural medicine is

1) its so safe that you almost never hurt yourself experimenting; and
2) there are so many different roads to the same results. People think in terms of one illness, one cure - which couldn't be less true.

So we need to constantly experiment with alternatives and document in detail when something works or doesn't so we can all figure this stuff out. Good job!
