I don't have Morgellons,but i have had Scabies.
Something i found for itch relief is soap suds from dish washing liquid or Lava soap.
Just rub it into the itch and it will lather up,and let it dry.
30 seconds to 1 minute you should have relief.
I actually used Scabies Killer to get rid of the Scabies when i finally figured out what they were.
