it has become clear that if the thyroid is dysfunctional then the adrenals and liver are also involved(and other glands and organs). anxiety screams of adrenalin overload which will lead to adrenal fatigue.

sweating is just another way for the body to detox. excessive sweating is a sign that eliminations are not what they should be. get that stuff moving down and out. lack of activity and the avoidance of sweating is a big problem promoted in tv commercials with their antiperspirant commercials.
