=)!! There really IS an Ocean of information here! I am excited to keep learning more about it and to get to know you all better.

After reading the list of foods that contain Iodine I realized that I have Never came in contact with any of them. It makes me wonder if my daughters autism was caused (or made significantly worse) by how toxic my body is. I just can't open the door to guilt because it's in the past. It would be a miracle though if the answer to this growing epidemic was as cheap and easy as iodine. (and a horrible shame that it has gone on so long)
