Hi Sypher7,

I see that you juice lettuce, parsley and celery...parsley and Celery act like diuretic,,,this can contribute to sodium loss. I can not use those two items plus lemons, it causes to much sodium loss. After the next time you have it, take notice if you urinate more frequently or become thirsty.
