Thank you for your advice. I have actually discovered my eczema cure over the last few days. I upped my intake of water four days ago and my eczema has been clearing. Particularly in the last two days. I think I read in one of your posts that eczema occurs when the body cannot eliminate toxins quickly enough and therefor they come out through the skin. It seems that way with me. I think the extra water is helping with that and my fluid retention has improved too. I will also continue with the saunas. Onwards and upwards!
