Hi Chiron,

I'm primarily fasting because of Depression and I have to do that slowly with breaks because fasting is too effective and more than six days in a row, is just emotionally too much for me.

If I go back to healthy eating I'll have to go back to supplements as well.

So this (6/1)*x plan is not ideal, but it may work.
