why would Miracle-Mineral-Supplement be superior to hydrogen peroxide if it is mainly an oxidizing agent?

I had written this stuff off before because I thought the chlorine would disassociate, but recently saw a moritz video praising it, so I'm ready to guinea pig myself.

there was a product out many years ago called sodium hypochlorite - wondering if there is any similarity.
