1 capsule holds 1/4 t. of oil. so 6 capsules equal 1 1/2 tsp of oil if you want to take the straight oil. The oil needs to be mixed with raw honey for the best results and in divided doses. I highly recommend 1 tsp in the morning before breakfast and 1 before sleep.
