I had one flush, only one, a long time ago where actual bile came out like liquid, bright green. So this must have come from the gall bladder according to your information.

It is frustrating because I don't know exactly what I was doing at the time, and figure if I could remember and keep doing that I might have a chance at getting things working properly.

One thing I remember is eating tons and tons of fat. Ice cream, butter, eggs, just tons of fat. I remember being genuinely thirsty for water, something that has almost never happened in my whole life. I may have been taking chinese herbs too, but can't remember. And I may have been taking flax oil with lecithin, but can't remember clearly.

Eating that much fat though was unsustainable, so if the only way my gallbladder will function is to eat tons of fat then I am doomed.

I'm back on the lecithin now, so hopefully that will pan out. Recently read that choline has been shown to be like a switch that can turn on or off gall bladder disease.
