I went grocery shopping today and there were those amazing sourdough breads. The absolute best bread in the world.

So I decided not to get one and went instead to the meat aisle and got some beef ribs, thinking I should go more paleo or blood type.

munched down the ribs, felt a bit stronger.

2 hours later my back is in excruciating pain. I have this recurring lower back pain from a recently scoliotic lower vertebrae.

It's a recurring theme for me bouncing back and forth doing things intuitively and then abondoning that for systems like the Blood Type Diet .

I'd like to try to relate to some people here but at the intuitive level and haven't seen any forums for this, or at least any active forums. Maybe it's wishful thinking but it seems like the people who are successful with their healing always operate at the intuitive level first and then they choose a doctor or system.
