Click on the green logo at the top of this forum page, it says "One Cure cures all" or something like that.

That takes you to MH's front page. Click on "Little herb shop" (or something like that, I have trouble quoting things exactly from memory early in the a.m.)

Then you can poke around in there and you'll find your way to various topics to read, the "108 pages" written by MH, and the herb mixtures that he makes which you can purchase.

I found the website a little tough to navigate at first, till I learned my way around. But if you explore it, you'll find many interestng things.
