Hi rexrayranch, thanks for the response. Was your inability to look at the computer screen attributed to adrenal fatigue, something else, or not quite sure? For me, it's not only the computer screen, but my phone, tv, and even just reading off of paper. They all give me a headache although the computer is by far the worst. And it's also worst in the morning and more tolerable at night (although in no way pleasurable).
If you could tell me the supplements and things you did that seemed to help you the most, it would be so appreciated. There are so many things that i can possibly take that i dont even know where to begin. lol. Just a list of supplments that should help is probably a page long.
