It sounds like a recipe for disaster, especially taking alcohol after 3 days without food. Until you reach a time when you can dedicate more time to the fast, you should consider fasting just 1 or 2 days each week and ensure that you have a full day (the 2nd or 3rd day respectively) to break the fast gently before consuming cooked food and alcoholic drinks.
