I am doing a 2 day Water Fast every 2 weeks with a plantbased diet in between because of my weight. is that dangerous too?

The results have been minor, but my skin is improving. This strategy might work, I will keep doing this unless there is a danger like you described in the post regarding Dr Fuhrman.
